Paulo Monteiro is a Professor at the Department of Civil Engineering, University of California at Berkeley (from 1994-present). In 30 years of study, research, and teaching at UC Berkeley, he has devoted his career to advancing the science and technology of concrete.
The primary goal for him as an advisory board member is to review and discuss the research activities and to provide an American perspective.
Senior Research in Circular Economy, University of Leeds
Anne specializes in facilitating sustainability transitions to implement a circular economy. Anne is an internationally leading circular economy researcher with three main areas of activity. In Yorkshire and the Humber, she leads the Yorkshire Circular Lab to bring diverse people together to trial circular economy ideas in communities. Across the UK, she collaborates with the resources sector and foundation industries such as cement, metals and glass. Internationally, she supports circular economy approaches in the wind industry.
Anne will support CO2NSTRUCT with advice on circular supply chain management and opportunities to maximize impact in industry and policy.
Circular Economy Monitoring expert at the EEA
Ioannis works as a circular economy monitoring expert at the EEA leading projects on circular economy modelling, environmental footprints and buildings’ environmental assessments. Through his experience and expertise, Ioannis provides strategic orientation to CO2NSTRUCT, takes part in advisory board meetings and reviews relevant project outputs and deliverables.

Dr. George Giannakidis has extensive experience in energy systems modeling and will contribute to reviewing the project's modeling approaches.
